Description of Service
Patent Drafting AI is a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform delivered entirely online — no download or installation required. It assists users in drafting patent applications by analyzing uploaded technical documents and generating structured patent content including claims, descriptions, and abstracts. Access is provided via a software subscription and is intended for use by patent attorneys, agents, and technical professionals.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer monthly subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) with different usage quotas. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
4.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@ipdraft.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent or malicious patent applications
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload and drafts generated from them. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process content solely for providing the Service.
7.2 Our Platform
The Service, including all software, AI models, and interfaces, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice where possible.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Shanghai, China.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
